Flab Fighters Week 5


As so many of us are flab fighting at the minute I thought I would create a linky for us all to help encourage each other! So each week on a Wednesday join in and get support and encouragement. Just let us know:

What I did right this week

I did 2 long sessions at the gym as well as my aerobics class. We also did a lot of walking at Whinlatter at the weekend. Last night I started the 30 day shred so hope I can keep it up! My diet was close to 1200 calories on a few days and I ate more veggies.

What I did wrong

Still no Wii due to time constraints! My diet has far too much bad stuff and not enough good stuff in it...

How it went

Finally a decent loss of 2 lbs on the scales! Just need to build on that as once again only 5lb from my 2 stone award...
