#Junethon 2014 Day 4 - One for a run
Day 4 of Juneathon 2014 and time for one of my 10 km runner training sessions. Slightly harder than Monday with a shorter recovery time between the 30 minute and 15 minute runs! I found it tougher and my legs didn't let me run any where near as fast... However I completed it even if I covered less distance:
Its not easy to compare runs when you are being dictated to by an app to run/walk but it was good to do my fastest yet down past the parish church:
Altogether a good day for fitness with a bit of extra walking too:
A rest day from abs challenge today though I am feeling my muscles begin to tone under the wobbly bits!
