I have no idea how I did this week as a poorly child kept me away from class. I really don't think I'd have been pleased with the result if I had gone! My 2.5 hour charity aerobathon on Sunday should have been good for weight loss but it 1) gave me a huge appetite and 2) made me too knackered to do anything else all week...
So I need to knuckle down and do well this week so I can have a positive result on the scales... Click on the logo to see how everyone else did...
