I think you're amazing to be able to do 10k at all! I can't run 10m without passing out (give me a bike any day, less stress on the old legs!). Well done and here's to the next one!

Congrats Becky! That is really impressive. I really need to get back to running but its so hard to find the motivation to get up and actually do it. How do you keep yourself motivated?
