Reasons to be Cheerful: Running into November #R2BC

R2BC at Mummy from the Heart

A day late for reasons to be cheerful as we were rather busy yesterday! But its November and I'm back hosting - apologies that we had a mini break in October... Here is what made me smile this week:

1) Walking to work

On some of the beautiful autumn days we have had its been wonderful walking to work over the River Kent:

2) Fabulous photos

One of the great things about the Lakeland Trails is being photographed by awesome professional photographers! I even managed to look like I was enjoying myself:

3) Doggy Fun

At school we have an assistance dog and this week I got to help entertain her for a while:

She also then came and kept us company in our classroom - although she did eat one of my planets off the wall!

4) Muddy Fun

Yesterday my son was part of his club's cross country relay team at the English National championships. I had lots of fun filming the muddy action!

Now it is over to you...

How To Join In:

I love reading your Reasons to be Cheerful and it is so simple to join in:

1. Link up a post about something that is making you happy or grateful. It can be a list, photos or any way you fancy

2. Add the #R2BC badge onto your post or blog so that people can easily find the linky and join in too if they want to

3. Share the love. This is the really important bit. Please don't just link and run, comment on at least a couple of posts and why not share with #R2BC too?

I'll stop by all linked up posts to comment and I'll share on social media too

  1. I've been exhausted reading about all your running, marathons, getting injured and then doing a 5k the net day, etc... I do love the photos though. Actually I'm in awe as I can't even run for the bus.

  2. to be fair I wouldn't be running if I lived in Israel - way too hot ;-)

  3. So glad you're still enjoying the running and your son too x

  4. Yay, your comments have now appeared for me! It feels a little late to say, but it sounds like a good week. x

I love it when people leave a message
