Recipe: Cheats Jam Tarts

Here is my cheat's recipe for easy jam tarts! All you need is some Jus-Rol pastry (remember it needs 45 minutes out of the fridge):


and some jam:



Pre-heat the oven to 180C or gas mark 4 whilst you cut out the tarts:




Grease the baking tin (I used a 1 calorie spray) before putting in the pastry:



Bake for about 10 minutes in the middle of the oven, then remove to pop in the jam:


Return to the oven for another 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool down (watch out the jam will be hot enough to burn!):



Once cooled enjoy! Maybe with a cup of tea ;-)
