#CountryKids: Postcard from Brittany Number 1

Country Kids from Coombe Mill Family Farm Holidays Cornwall

It really seems a lifetime away but here are some of the fab things we got up to in Brittany (one of which was not the basic squat loos on the autoroute!):

Watching sun rise over the English Channel

Giant hot dogs for a belated breakfast

Intriguing sculptures at motorway stop

Played table tennis

Had fun on the waterslides

Watched bizarre French/English entertainment
Played on the beach at Carnac

Swam in the Atlantic Ocean

Looked in rock pools

Discovered that steak hache et frites was burger and chips

Ate a few galettes

Drank some cider

Jumped waves at sunset

And that was just the first couple of days! More to follow...

  10. Looks like you had a great time. Is it me or does the cup of cider look like tea? I think I could handle drinking cider like tea lol. Not fancy just a burger when you ask for steak?

Ooh lucky you - I loved our holiday in France this year so am very jealous! It looks like you had a smooth crossing and the sunrise is stunning. Lots of great snaps of outdoor fun, and I love the black and white one of your daughter. I'm looking forward to the next installment from your holiday - thanks for sharing with Country Kids.
