We were sent a ChillFactor Squeeze Cup Slushy Maker to try out:
It's a simple idea:
- freeze the cup
- pour in a drink
- squeeze
The cup needs to go into the freezer for 6 hours at least. So either over night for mornings or at breakfast time for a post school treat! It comes out all icy and ready to go:
Then pour in the drink up to the line marked inside:
Put on the lid and squeeze:
Enjoy an icy treat:
Yes it does work! Though if you have taken it apart for cleaning between drinks make sure its all clipped together properly or it leaks... oops diet coke on the rug... We used a room temperature drink and it did make ice but didn't go completely slushy. I definitely want to try some more drinks in it especially in summer.
I have been told that they make killer cocktails for grown ups as well ...
its fabulous
