Review: Ravensburger British Flags Sneaker 3D Puzzle

Sponsored Post

After the success of the A puzzle we were keen to tackle a different challenge with the 3D British Flags Sneaker puzzle (Affiliate link):

The box contains 2 bags of pieces, 3 parts for the base of the sneaker and a slide in pot for the pencils:

It was simple enough to assemble the sneaker base:

Then it was time to take a look at the 108 pieces that have to be assembled to get the sneaker shape:

I struck gold early on and spotted piece no 1:

It did make life easier to sort the pieces into their 10s groups for speed of assembly:

It was pretty straightforward to click each piece into place following the number order and using the directional arrows to say where to put the next one:

Very rapidly the sneaker took shape with all its curves:

At this point my 11 year old (who won't do normal jigsaws) decided that mum was having all the fun and took over the construction. After putting in the last piece he even asked if we could take it all apart and do it again!

So we both had fun making the sneaker and now we have a useable pencil pot which is pretty eye catching so that it can be left out on display!
