The third day Juneathon 2014 was one to not over do it! I have a race on Saturday and can't afford to injure myself... I was going to cycle into work to add a bit of a mix but instead had to make do with a walk into town for some errands and then walking to get the children from school. Still a respectable amount of walking when I didn't have a lot of time though:
I am also doing a 30 day abs challenge so now I have to go off and torture myself with:
- 25 sit ups
- 10 crunches
- 10 leg raises
- 15 second plank
Not sure vacuuming the front room and stairs counts as more exercise today ;-)
